Le Leche League International is a global mothers network to support breastfeeding. They help mothers from all around the world. La Leche League NZ
La Leche League NZ has been providing mother to mother support for Breastfeeding in Aotearoa-New Zealand for over 50 years. LLL NZ is also the regional chapter for Australian and Pacific Mum’s to contact. They are available to help. You can phone, attend a meeting, or ask a question via email. Consultations are confidential and free. There’s also a Japanese speaking contact who is based in Sydney, Australia.

La Leche League GB provides mother to mother support for all breastfeeding mums at every stage of their breastfeeding journey, via a helpline, through social media, online help forums and face to face at local meetings.

Get Help, Connect, Share. Find Mom’s and groups nearest you in the USA. Accredited La Leche League Leaders are mothers who have been trained to provide information and support for breastfeeding.
The Breastfeeding Network

Best for Babes is a US based foundation and site, that aims to help Moms achieve their personal breastfeeding goals.
Best Beginnings works with over 2 million families across the UK. Their focus is on the period between conception and a child’s third birthday, where the foundations of a healthy and fulfilling life are laid. They have a collection of free resources such as their iPhone app that is useful for Mum’s not just in the UK, but all around the world.
The Milk Meg
The Milk Meg, is a US-born internationally certified Lactation Consultation (IBCLC) who lives on the Sunshine Coast of Australia with her husband and 3 boys. Her award-winning blog is a wonderful online resource for breastfeeding women. Meg’s articles have been published in Nurture Magazine, Natural Mother Magazine, and the websites Mamamia and Babycenter (among others!) She has been interviewed for Network Ten’s ‘The Project’ and various online radio shows. Meg has also presented at the Australian Breastfeeding Association conference, iLactation and the Gold Lactation Conference.

An International Board certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), with a busy private practice in Melbourne, Australia, Pinky McKay is a best-selling author with four titles published by Penguin including Sleeping Like a Baby, 100 Ways to Calm the Crying, Toddler Tactics and Parenting By Heart. The Australian Breastfeeding Association, La Leche League International and The Australian Association of Infant Mental Health endorse her books and they are available as audiobooks . Lactation Consultants ANZ (LCANZ)
LCANZ is the peak body for lactation professionals in Australia and New Zealand. All of their members are International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) – health professionals with expertise in the management of breastfeeding and human lactation. They have a nifty search function on their website to help you find an IBCLC in your area.
Lactation Consultants Great Britain (LCGB)
LCGB is the professional association for International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) in the UK, a professional voice for breastfeeding. LCGB is a not-for-profit organisation, formed in 1994 promoting the work of IBCLCs and ensuring mothers receive the help they need to breastfeed. Use their ‘Find an IBCLC’ tool to find qualified and insured lactation consultants across the UK.
The PANDAS Foundation helps to support and advise any parent who is experiencing a perinatal mental illness. They also inform and guide family members, carers, friends and employers as to how they can support someone who is suffering.
